Rehearse for results

Zohn Coaching’s signature approach to leadership development blends the science of learning with the art of performance. Rehearse for Results is a hands-on practice that turns insight into action, and action into lasting change.

Whether it’s a high stakes presentation, a difficult conversation, or a critical meeting, people can—and should—rehearse for the moments that move people to act.

Grounded in behavioral research, this approach leverages how the brain learns best: through repetition, experimentation, and real-time feedback. In this creative and rigorous space, clients test new ideas, stretch beyond habits, and build the confidence to perform at their best when the stakes are highest.

Over time, rehearsal is more than preparation—it’s a mindset. Leaders become creative, adaptable, and open to feedback in every situation. The result: growth that continues far beyond the coaching engagement.

“Margie is a marvel! She brings her wealth of experience coaching leaders to the table – and does it with such kindness and patience. I recently returned to her advice when facing a challenge – reminding myself that I could choose to engage in the problem as a compassionate listener rather than defensively. It worked perfectly.”

– Marcy Goldstein-Gelb, Co-Executive Director, National Council for Occupational Safety and Health

Two adults, a woman and a man, are sitting at a table engaged in a conversation. The woman has shoulder-length brown hair and is wearing a black top with a necklace. The man has white hair and a beard, wearing a purple checkered shirt. They are in a well-lit room with neutral background.

What sets Margie apart is how swiftly she understands her clients—their strengths, their blind spots, and the dynamics that shape their world. She builds trust quickly, reads the room with precision, and delivers the feedback leaders most need to hear. Direct and insightful, she says what others won’t—always with warmth and respect.

“Margie has what I can only describe as a magical ear and touch. She listens well, thinks smart, and instinctively understands what a person is trying to say. She was thus absolutely instrumental in helping me shape a critical presentation: she helped me tell the story in a concise, clear and compelling way that also fit my own speaking style. Margie also brings warmth and understanding to her interactions, which immediately puts you at ease during moments that can feel rather vulnerable. I will definitely call on Margie the next time I am giving an important talk.”
